Process of Oily Material

Process of Oily material is the most common one in China, mainly treat for duck skeletons and other high fat content raw materials, which contain a large amount of offal. The process begins with a crusher, which can crush the raw materials into a meat paste, and then enters into our disc dryer for moisture drying, then separates the oil by press, after that the press cake is sieved, grinded, cooled and packed.

Process of Lean Material

As one of the most advanced production processes in China, this process firstly uses two cookers of continuous cooking and then cooperates with a twin-shaft press to squeeze the material. The press cake enters into the dryer for continuous drying, then enters into the sieve screening, grinding machine, cooler and packing system. At the same time, the press juice enters into the special evaporator system dedicated to the meat and bone meal production line for concentration, which uses the exhaust gas from the dryer to perform low-temperature evaporation. To produce one ton of meat and bone meal can save more than one ton of steam consumption. It is the most energy-saving and environmentally production process currently.

Process of oil extraction

The most common process of animal oil extraction is heat transfer oil refining. This process is usually carried out by boiling oil with a reactor, and can get good color and high oil yield animal oil, but it does not bring out some of the advantages of animal oil itself, such as the good flavor. The acid value is easy to rise also.
