The exhaust gas from the fishmeal factory can be divided into two types: Organization and Non-organization waste gas. Organized waste gas, coming from Cooker, Drier, Tanks, etc., is the evaporated water vapor during the drying and heating process of the raw fish. It exists as vapor with high concentration and high temperature. Unorganization waste gas exists in the workshop, raw fish bond and finished product warehouse as odorous gas with lower concentration and normal temperature, but larger amount. As per different characteristic of these two types and combined with the specific location conditions, the specific exhaust emission requirement of fishmeal factory, here are TWO processing plans as below:
The large amount of hot and humid organized waste gas from Cooker and Drier are collected by closed pipeline and enter into Deodorizing Tower, in which it turn into the exhaust gas condensate water after fully washed and cooled down by spraying cooling water, and then discharge together with spraying cooling water. A small amount of waste gas transferred into Dehumidifier by Blower to remove the residual moisture, and then led into Ionic UV Photocatalytic machine. The odor molecules of waste gas is catalytic decomposition under the irradiation action of both Ion lamp and UV lamp in Ionic UV Photocatalytic machine, and from which the gas will be discharged after reaching the standard
For the factories with less cooling water resource or has drainage restriction, Plan 2 is available. Large amount of hot and humid organized waste gas is led into sets of Air Cooled Condensers or Tubular Condensers for the indirect heat exchange treatment. The exhaust gas is fully heat cooled down in such heat exchangers and turns into exhaust gas condensate water, which will be concentrated into the factory sewage treatment facility and discharged after reaching the standard. And the small amount of uncooled waste gas will be led into Circulating Deodorizing Tower by Blower for fully washing treatment in order to remove the micro-dust in gas, so that to avoid affecting the working condition of Ionic UV Photocatalytic machine. And the clean gas transferred into Dehumidifier to remove the residual moisture, and then led into Ionic UV Photocatalytic machine. The odor molecules of waste gas is catalytic decomposition under the irradiation action of both Ion lamp and UV lamp in Ionic UV Photocatalytic machine to get the good deodorization effect.
